• Evidence of vaccination (at least 2 doses of an accepted COVID-19 vaccine is required for entry to Canada; entry for business is not permitted for unvaccinated travellers
  • Pre-entry tests are not required
    • Unvaccinated and partially vaccinated children under the age of 12 are not required to provide a pre-entry test result
  • Proof of vaccination must be uploaded prior to entry to ArriveCAN

  • Masking requirements remain in place for select indoor settings including:
    • Public transit
    • Health care settings
    • COVID-19 testing centres
  • Proof of vaccination is not required to enter public settings, including restaurants
  • In alignment with provincial guidelines, social distancing and wearing a mask is not required for indoor gatherings
  • Masks will be available on site
  • Hand hygiene information and sanitizer will be available throughout the venue
  • Proof of COVID-19 vaccination will not be required to enter the conference; unvaccinated individuals are encouraged to wear a mask and follow social distancing and hand hygiene procedures
  • All staff/volunteers will report illness to their supervisor/manager and stay home if they are sick
  • All conference attendees are asked to self-screen for symptoms before attending the conference each day
    • Attendees may be screened for symptoms prior to entering the conference each day, in accordance with venue policy
  • Any attendee who develops symptoms is asked to leave the event immediately and self-isolate. Telehealth can be contacted at 1-866-797-0000 or 9-1-1 in the event of an emergency
  • US travellers
    • A COVID-19 viral test (PCR, rapid antigen test) is required no more than 1 day prior to travel by air to the US
    • Documentation of recent recovery from COVID-19 infection, within 90 days of departure, may be used in lieu of a viral test; must be accompanied by a licensed health care provider stating that you are cleared for travel
  • UK travellers
    • No pre-boarding testing is required
  • Travellers from other countries are advised to review their destination specific entry requirements prior to arriving in Canada
